Terms of Use
What using this site to generate a Puerto Rican Mami Dance AI clip means, on both sides — including the rules on what may be generated and what we do if they are broken.
Last updated 2026-10-30
Accepting these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses puertoricanmamidanceai.xyz and the generators on it — Puerto Rican Mami Dance AI and anything added later. The site is operated by the individual or company named on the Waffo Pancake merchant record for this site; that record also holds the operating address. Every message to us goes to support@dimedimebabyai.space.
By using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have the right to enter into this agreement yourself or on behalf of an organisation.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site. If you use the site after a change to them, your continued use is acceptance of the changed version.
The service
The service is digital. You upload two photos, you tell us what each dancer should wear — or nothing at all — and we return a short AI-generated clip you can download. There is nothing physical to ship: the clip is delivered to your browser and kept against your order so you can download it again.
Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, the refund position is narrower than for a physical product. The refunds page sets out exactly what is and is not refunded.
The service depends on third-party AI providers. The models are named in this document, and a provider may be changed; the name shown on a generator's page is the one that produced your clip.
Your account
You do not need an account to buy a clip — the generator works without one. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself, for the activity that happens under your account, and for telling us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.
If you sign in, the email address on that account may be used to send you the download link for a clip and notices about your orders. Service emails are not marketing and cannot be switched off; everything else is.
Plans, prices and payment
Each clip is bought once. There is no subscription, no plan that renews itself, and no recurring billing of any kind. One payment buys one generated clip.
The price of the clip you are buying is shown on that generator's page before you pay, and the amount on your payment receipt is the amount charged for your order. Where taxes or duties apply, they are added by the payment processor at checkout and shown to you before you confirm.
If a clip fails to generate, you are refunded the amount you paid for it. See the refunds page for the cases where a clip was made but is not what you expected.
Billing disputes
If a charge looks wrong, write to support@dimedimebabyai.space before you dispute it with your bank. We answer billing questions within five business days, and where a charge was wrong we correct it within ten business days of agreeing that it was.
Raising a dispute with your bank first usually takes longer for everyone and can leave a hold on your account. Talking to us first is faster.
Your photo, your rights
You confirm that each photo you upload is of you, or of an adult who has explicitly agreed to this use, and that you have the right to use it. You must not upload a photo of a public figure, a celebrity or a politician.
You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You are not giving up ownership of them — see the next section for the licence you give us, which is limited to making your clip.
Who owns the clip
The clip we generate for you is yours. To the extent permitted by law, you own the output, and you may use it personally or commercially, publish it, and licence it to others. You must label it as AI-generated whenever you post it, and you may not pass it off as real footage or as an official release by the artists behind the trend.
To make your clip we need a licence from you. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store your photos and your written instructions and to pass them to our generation provider for the purpose of producing that clip, and to keep them for as long as the Privacy Policy says we keep them. That licence ends when we delete your data. It does not let us use your photos to train a model, and it does not let us use your clip for anything else.
We do not train our own models on the photos you upload, and we do not train them on the clips we generate.
The models are third-party, so their output is not perfect. Check a clip before you rely on it — in particular, do not use it as evidence of anything, and do not use it to portray a real person, place or event you have no right to portray.
The models behind the clips
Every clip on this site is generated by a named third-party model, not by an unspecified “AI”. The models this site uses are MiniMax H3 (MiniMax) and Kling 4.0 (Kuaishou). The model behind a particular generator is named on that generator's page before you pay.
We do not train our own models on the photos you upload. A photo is passed to the generation provider for the purpose of producing the clip, and is handled as the privacy policy describes.
Because the models are third-party, we do not control their output in every detail, and no specific result is promised. We may change the model used for a generator, and we update the name on that generator's page when we do.
What the clips are
Every clip from Puerto Rican Mami Dance AI is AI-generated. None of them is original footage, and no real person appears in any of them.
You must label the clip as AI-generated when you post it, and you must not present it as real footage or as an official release by the artists behind the trend.
Independence from the artists and the label
Puerto Rican Mami Dance AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Baby On The Track, the original posters of the trend, or the network behind the television line the beat is set to. 'Puerto Rican Mami' and the dance itself are used here only to describe the trend that the clip imitates.
The prepared clip is a trend-inspired visual. Nothing you make with this site is an official music video, an official announcement, or material released by the artists behind it.
The consent checkbox
Before generating, you confirm the photos are of you or of an adult who authorised this use, that they are not a public figure, and that you accept these terms. That confirmation is stored with the order.
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to every generator on this site — Puerto Rican Mami Dance AI and any generator added later — and to everything you put into them: the photos you upload, the text you write, and the clips you generate.
It also applies to how you use what you make here. A clip generated on this site carries these rules wherever you publish it, whether that is a social feed, an advert, or a client deliverable.
Using the site means you accept this policy. If you do not accept it, do not use the site.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to every generator on this site — Puerto Rican Mami Dance AI and any generator added later — and to everything you put into them: the photos you upload, the text you write, and the clips you generate.
It also applies to how you use what you make here. A clip generated on this site carries these rules wherever you publish it, whether that is a social feed, an advert, or a client deliverable.
Using the site means you accept this policy and the Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Sexual content and NSFW
You may not generate sexually explicit content, nudity, or content that is presented as sexual. This is an absolute rule on this site, with no exceptions, and it applies to the photo you upload as well as to the words you write.
- Nudity, partial nudity, or sexual activity in the uploaded photo or in the generated clip.
- Content that focuses on or emphasises a body part in a sexual way.
- Sexualised content of anyone who appears younger than they are.
- Any request whose purpose is to produce sexual content, even if the wording is indirect.
2. Violence, gore and harm
You may not generate graphic violence, gore, or content that celebrates, encourages, or gives instructions for harming a person or an animal.
- Graphic blood, injury, dismemberment, or torture.
- Instructions, recipes, or encouragement for weapons, explosives, unprescribed drugs, or self-harm.
- Content that praises, promotes, or depicts a real act of violence, suicide, or self-harm.
- Realistic depictions of a named real person's injury or death.
3. Hate speech and harassment
You may not generate content that attacks, dehumanises, or incites harm against people because of who they are, and you may not generate content that harasses or defames a private individual.
- Slurs, stereotypes, dehumanising imagery, or calls for exclusion or violence aimed at a group defined by race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or immigration status.
- Content that harasses, doxxes, or threatens a specific private individual.
- Defamatory claims about a private individual presented as fact.
4. Child safety
This category has no tolerance and no exception. You may not generate, request, or upload anything that sexualises a minor, depicts a minor in a sexual or suggestive context, or facilitates harm to a child.
Where we find material of this kind, we remove it, we end access for the account that submitted it, and we pass the relevant material to the authorities. In that situation we may be unable to tell you what we did with it, because we are not permitted to.
- Any sexual content involving a minor, however it is produced or worded.
- Any depiction of a minor in a sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context.
- Content that sexualises a person who appears to be a minor, or that pairs an adult's body with a minor's face or features.
- Anything that grooms, solicits, or facilitates abuse of a child.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
You may not generate a clip that misrepresents a real person, a real event, or an organisation. The clips here are AI-generated, and the point of this rule is that they must not be passed off as something they are not.
- Presenting a generated clip as real footage of a real event, a real performance, or a real recording.
- Putting a real person's face or likeness into a scene they did not take part in, without their explicit consent.
- Using the likeness of a public figure, celebrity, politician, or influencer.
- Impersonating a real person or organisation to deceive, including fake endorsements, fake testimonials, and fake news footage.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
You may not generate a clip that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark. You are responsible for the rights to everything you upload and everything you ask for.
- Using another person's copyrighted work — a film, a music video, a photograph, a character, a logo — in a way that infringes their rights.
- Removing or obscuring a watermark, credit, or attribution mark.
- Using a trademark in a way that suggests an endorsement, sponsorship, or authorisation that does not exist.
- Recreating a distinctive protected work — a specific character, a specific set, a logo — closely enough to be a substitute for the original.
What you may generate
The site exists for one thing: putting you, or an adult who explicitly agreed to it, into the prepared trend scene. That is what the rules below are written around, and most of what people make here sits comfortably inside them.
- Yourself, or an adult who has explicitly authorised this use, in the prepared scene on this site.
- Clips you post yourself, labelled as AI-generated, for personal or commercial use.
- Your own original photographs and your own written instructions.
- Clips built from material you hold the rights to.
How we review content
Content is checked at four points. None of them is a guarantee that nothing prohibited ever gets through — that is why the reporting channel below exists — but each one catches the class of problem it is meant to catch.
- Before you can pay — The generator asks you to confirm three things before the buy button unlocks: that the photo is of you or of an adult who explicitly authorised this use, that it is not a public figure, celebrity, or politician, and that you have the right to use it and you accept the Terms. The confirmation is stored with the order, so we can act on it afterwards.
- Before the clip is made — Photos and the text you write are passed through our generation provider's content screening, which may refuse a request it classifies as prohibited. Where a request is refused, no clip is produced and you are refunded for a clip that was never made.
- After the clip is made — Clips and uploaded photos are held against your order so you can download them again. We review them when they are reported, and we periodically spot-check recent generations and uploads.
- When something is reported — Every report is read by a person, not only by a filter. We tell you the outcome.
How we handle violations
If you break this policy or the Terms, we may take any of the steps below. We use the least severe step that deals with the breach, unless the breach is serious enough to justify a more severe one.
| What we do | When we do it |
|---|---|
| Refuse to generate | The request is blocked and no clip is produced. You are not charged for a clip that was never made. |
| Delete content | A generated clip, an uploaded photo, or an instruction is removed from our storage, together with the order that held it. |
| Suspend access | Access to the site is suspended for a period we decide. Usually after a first serious breach, or a repeat breach. |
| Terminate access | Access is ended permanently. Used for repeated or severe breaches, including child safety content and repeat copyright infringement. |
| Refuse a refund | A purchase made in breach is not refunded — including where the breach was in the photo or in the words rather than in the finished clip. |
| Report to the authorities | Where the law requires it. Child safety content is always reported. |
Where we can, we tell you which step we applied and what to change. You can appeal by writing to support@dimedimebabyai.space with “AUP appeal” in the subject line; we answer within five business days.
Reporting a violation
If you see content on this site that breaks this policy, write to support@dimedimebabyai.space with the subject line “AUP report”. A report sent to any other address cannot be acted on.
A report helps us if it contains the following.
- The URL of the page, or the order id of the clip, that the report is about.
- What is wrong with it — which category above it falls under, and why.
- Your email address, so we can come back to you with the outcome.
We acknowledge a complete report within two business days and finish the review within five. We handle reports confidentially and do not tell the person you reported who reported them.
If your own content was removed and you think that was wrong, write to the same address with the subject line “AUP counter-notice”, giving the order id and why you think the content should stay. We review it the same way and restore the content if we agree.
If you break these terms
If you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may take any of the steps below. We use the least severe step that deals with the breach, unless the breach is serious enough to justify a more severe one.
- Refuse to generate — we decline the request and no clip is produced. You are not charged for a clip that was never made.
- Delete content — a generated clip, an uploaded photo, or a written instruction is removed from our storage, along with the order that held it.
- Suspend your access — temporarily, for a period we decide.
- Terminate your access — permanently. We use this for repeated or severe breaches, including child safety content and repeat copyright infringement.
- Refuse a refund — a purchase made in breach is not refunded. This includes the case where the breach was in the photo or in the words rather than in the finished clip.
- Report to the authorities — where the law requires it. Child safety content is always reported, and in that case we may be unable to tell you what we did with the material.
How the process works: a breach is normally found through a report or our own review, we look at the order it relates to, and we apply the least severe step that resolves it. Where we can, we tell you which step we applied and what to change. You can appeal by writing to support@dimedimebabyai.space with “Terms appeal” in the subject line; we answer within five business days.
Term and termination
These terms apply from the moment you use the site and continue until you stop using it.
Either of us can end them. You do it by simply not using the site. We do it by terminating your access under the section above. Terminating access ends the agreement between us, and the clips you generated under it may no longer be published or monetised.
Where we terminate for a breach that is not serious, and you have paid for a clip we have not yet made, we refund that clip pro rata. Where the breach is serious, we do not.
When the agreement ends, your uploaded photos and generated clips are deleted on request, and we keep order and payment records for as long as accounting requires.
Provisions that by their nature should survive do: payment obligations you have already incurred, the Acceptable Use Policy, and our position on the ownership of the clips.
No guarantee on a specific result
These clips are generated by a model. Every render differs, and no specific result is promised. If a clip does not come out the way you wanted, that is not in itself a fault — see the guide on picking the right two photos for the usual causes and fixes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, that a render will succeed, or that a clip will be fit for a particular purpose. A clip is a creative output, not professional advice — if you need a likeness, a claim or a likeness cleared for use in a regulated context, check it with someone qualified before you rely on it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, for lost data, or for the results of what you do with a clip. Where we are liable for something, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the clip in question in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in them limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law that applies to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of this site is established. If you have a problem with an order, write to support@dimedimebabyai.space first: most disputes are settled by a reply within a few days, and a court is a last resort. If the matter is not settled, the courts of that place have jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section takes away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
Privacy, cookies and analytics
What we collect, who else processes it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it are set out in the privacy policy. The clip you generated is also remembered in your own browser so you can find it again without an account — that record lives on your device, not on ours.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page changes with them, and the new version applies from that date. If a change is material, we announce it on the site and, where we have your email, by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site and write to us to have your data deleted.
Contact
Support, billing, refunds, privacy and legal notices all go to one place: support@dimedimebabyai.space. Tell us which of them it is in the subject line and it reaches the right desk.
